After-Hours Care - Access 365 Clinic
Extended coverage, after-hours and holiday care, is provided by the referral-only Access 365 Clinic. Patients may be referred to Access 365 when they:

need to be seen urgently by a physician within 24-48 hours

cannot get an appointment with their doctor's office within 24-48 hours

For medical emergencies, call 911 or proceed directly to the nearest emergency room.
For urgent care, a referral can be made via our clinic, or by calling Health Link at 811.
Access 365 appointment:
1. If Focus Health Clinic is
OPEN

Your family physician is fully booked.

Our office is fully booked

​​We will refer you directly to Access 365 for triage and scheduling.
2. If Focus Health Clinic is
CLOSED

Call HealthLink (811) for advice 24/7.

Inform 811 that you are a patient of Focus Health Clinic.

811 may refer you to Access 365 for triage and scheduling.

Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, Sunday, and all statutory holidays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overnights: an on-call physician may call you directly
